If this woman ever gets arrested for a third time, I have a guess about how it's going to go down.

Someone called the cops in Franklin, New Jersey on Monday night about a woman driving with two flat tires.  It turned out to be a 44-year-old woman named Sheila Celetano . . . and she was driving drunk and barefoot.

When the cops tried to arrest her, she ran away . . . then, quote, "karate kicked" both of them in the chest.  She was so drunk that they called an ambulance, and Shelia kicked the EMT in the stomach too.

And here's the twist.  Back in 2018, Sheila was also arrested . . . and she ALSO karate kicked those cops.

She was hit with several charges this time around, including driving while intoxicated, aggravated assault on an officer, and aggravated assault on an EMT.
